SMS & Messaging Terms of Service

This SMS & Messaging Terms of Service ("Terms") governs your subscription to receive text messages, short code messages, and WhatsApp messages (collectively, "Messages") from AVPMi, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number or consenting to receive Messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to receive Messages, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated promotional and informational text messages and WhatsApp messages from us to the mobile number you provide. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Types include:

  • Service notifications (e.g., reservation alerts, order updates)
  • Marketing messages (e.g., promotions, offers, reminders)
  • Support and operational messages pertaining to our services

Message frequency may vary based on your preferences and activity.

2. Messaging Carriers and Network

You understand and agree that Messages are delivered via mobile network providers and international messaging platforms, and that Message delivery may depend on your carrier's network. Message delivery is not guaranteed by us or by any network provider.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for charges from your carrier. Contact your wireless provider for pricing details.

4. How to Opt-In

You may opt in to receive Messages by:

  • Completing a sign-up form that includes your phone number
  • Replying with the appropriate keyword to a short code or messaging request
  • Providing your number in connection with a service request that includes Message consent

By opting in, you certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time. Opting out stops all Messages from us to the number you used to opt in.

To opt out:

  • Reply "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or another clear opt-out keyword to any Message
  • Follow the opt-out instructions contained in any Message
  • Contact us through our support channels

After opting out, you may still receive a confirmation Message acknowledging your opt-out.

Help Messages may include instructions, definitions, and support information.

7. WhatsApp Messaging Terms

WhatsApp Messages are subject to WhatsApp's policies and terms in addition to these Terms. Message availability and delivery depend on WhatsApp service status and your acceptance of WhatsApp's terms. International message charges may apply.

8. Message Timing

Messages may be sent during standard business hours. You agree that we may contact you at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including the phone number you provide for Messages.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party messaging service providers to facilitate delivery of Messages. We do not guarantee delivery of Messages and are not liable for third-party failures.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued receipt of Messages after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
